We are actively seeking a Transactional Finance Manager for a well established company in Bolton.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.
The main duties include:
- Take ownership of all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash functions
- Managing, motivating and developing the Transactional Finance Team, encouraging a high performing, collaborative culture.
- Review current processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Work with teams across the business to implement new processes or systems.
- Ensure invoices, expenses and payments are raised or processed accurately, paid on time and matched to banks and ledgers.
- Oversee the smooth running of the payment run, and reconciliation of ledgers
- Oversee the aged debtor book ensuring that accounts are kept up to date.
- Manage and adhere to the month-end deadlines, ensuring all tasks across transactional finance are completed on time
- Develop and report on KPIs
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders
- Prepare cashflow forecasts and support the FC with budgets/forecasts
- Support the FC with month end analysis/commentary
Our client is looking for a candidate who has:
- Transactional Finance Manager experience
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable experience
- Good Excel skills
- Excellent people management skills
