Senior Manager - Digital Transformation - Dublin

Excited to be partnered with one of the fastest growing consulting firms in Ireland as they look to make a key hire at senior manager level.

This is an ideal role for someone who is operating within a larger consulting firm & frustrated with the lack of progression opportunities. In this role you will be part of a team of less that 10 people & lead out on strategic & commercial conversations, more below..

A day in the life..

• Partnering with C-level executives supporting their strategic initiatives; TOM Design/Redesign, process improvement/transformation, customer experience to name a few.
• Take ownership over the Project Management landscape delivering projects from initiation, execution & final delivery.
• Lead the coordination of key project activities; planning, forecasting and competing governance documentation.
• Support senior leadership new business development.

Essential criteria to qualify for this role;

• Bachelors in Business, Finance or related degree.
• Minimum 4 years in management consulting - with proven experience leading strategy conversation & large scale digital transformations.

Other criteria:

• Experience liaising with senior leaders on best practices for project management of strategic initiatives.
• People person with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
