Currently partnered with one of worlds most well respected brands for a newly created group strategy role.
The successful candidate will be a commercially astute strategy professional with minimum 10 years experience delivering large scale digital transformation projects across a variety of industries & business units. This role is ideal for someone seeking C-Suite strategy exposure alongside driving mission critical projects across the business.
Core responsibilities will include the following:
- Utilise experience gained in Business Strategy and Transformation capacity to help/advise different business leads problem solve, structure & deliver key initiatives within their business divisions- driving programme efficiency and overall business operations performance .
- Play a lead role in an oversight/mentor capacity, lead key projects across from initiation to execution - ensuring governance structures are in place & highest standards are upheld.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders to design/consult/recommend/challenge on overall business strategy - taking a lead role in engaging with the business through execution.
- Study/review the industry trends at a macro level to stress test again current strategy to support overall commercial growth of the business.
What you will need to qualify:
- Minimum 10 years experience in a strategy capacity delivering large scale digital transformation projects across a variety of industries & business units.
- Relevant 3rd level education
- Strong influencer with excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels of the business is critically important.
- Commercial astute who is inquisitive & up to speed on market trends at a macro level within their chosen industry.
