Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a growing professional services organisation in their search for a Financial Reporting manager to work out of their offices based in Manchester city centre on a hybrid working model.
The successful candidate will need to be ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified and have previous experience of technical accounting. The capability to build strong working relationships throughout a business is crucial and any exposure to improving processes and systems would be a distinct advantage. Excellent Excel skills are a must and any exposure to Xero would be highly beneficial. Key duties for the Financial Reporting Manager role will involve the following:
- Lead on statutory accounts production
- Liaise with auditors
- Balance sheet reporting
- Consolidation of accounts
- Cashflow management
- Look to improve processes and procedures
- Ad-hoc project work
Salary for the role is anywhere between £60,000 and £70,000 + benefits
