The Role: Client Services Associate Director - Institutional Management
The Client: Global Asset Manager
The Location: Geneva

The Responsibilities:

• Key daily point of contact for designated clients across Switzerland, France and Italy
• Work closely with the Sales team to deliver end-to-end client delivery services
• Partner with internal teams across product management, client reporting, onboarding etc delivering client communications
• Oversee strategic projects and Client Service Levels

The Role:

• 5+ Years within an Asset Management on the Client Services side
• French required with Italian an advantage
• Strong understanding of institutional investment products
• Experience with Salesforce CRM an advantage
