Cash & FX Manager (commodity trading company)
This client required an individual within their treasury function with a specific skill set; combined front and back office experience treasury experience with top level qualifications. After meeting the client and gaining valuable insight into the role we were able to secure 5 out of 7 first round interviews (4 other agencies were also working on this position) followed up with 2 of 3 in the final round.
Our candidate was offered the position but due to unforeseen changes in personal circumstance was unable to accept the offer. We were able to submit a new shortlist of 3 candidates, successfully securing a final interview for an excellent candidate who already had 2 other offers on the table. We were successfully negotiated a mutually agreeable package and the candidate accepted the position within 8 hours of the offer being made.
Treasury Manager - (Leisure company)
This client had been actively recruiting for the role of a Treasury Manager for nearly 2 months, after countless interviews conducted themselves that proved fruitless they approached our treasury team for assistance. We made a commitment with them that working with us exclusively we would fill the position within 2 weeks. After spending 2 days researching our network of candidates we attracted huge interest we secured first round interviews for 4 out of the 5 candidates submitted. 2 superb candidates went on to meet the CFO, FD and FC in a presentation style final round.

Senior Front Office Analyst - (FTSE 100)
This FTSE 100 giant with a highly reputable treasury function required an individual with a highly specialised skill set for a long term interim project. This included VAR correlation theory background within a treasury corporate, fuel hedging, with ACT qualification (very rare). The successful candidate this person needed to start within 2 weeks to start work on this project.
Due to the complex nature of the role we actively headhunted to find a suitable candidate that met the very specific requirements.
