Should you require short term assistance or sickness cover the obvious choice would be to take on a temporary worker on an hourly rate. Here at Marks Sattin Ireland can payroll the candidate through our business, meaning less hassle and no concerns about compliance or taxation – we look after everything.
If your requirement is for a fixed term, say for a project or maternity cover, we can provide solutions for a pro-rata fee, meaning you only pay for the time you need the contractor. This can be broken down into either a one-off payment, monthly payments or again we can offer the candidate on our payroll.
