Audit Manager – Small Practice
Our client is a small three partner firm offering general practice and taxation services to privately owned businesses in the greater Dublin area. On the retirement of the founding partner we were engaged on a sole agency basis to source an Audit Manager (ideally from a small firm) to service their Audit clients as well as lead and develop trainees in the firm. After a short search we were able to supply a short list of three candidates for interview. After competitive first stage interviews the client was happy to offer one of the three candidates.
Audit Senior - 50+ Accountancy Firm
In response to a CV that was proactively sent to a client we secured an assignment for a Partner role. This was quickly followed up with a phone call to establish time lines with the client.
Two candidates were interviewed and one was offered the role. Unfortunately due to special circumstances the candidate did not accept the opportunity. The client was keen to widen the search and opened the opportunity to 4 other agencies. To ensure that we didn’t loose exclusivity we went back to our extensive candidate pool and within 24 hours we were able to generate 2 new candidates and secure interviews and eventually fill the position. The client complimented on our speed of delivery and insight into the firm and the type of candidate that they were looking for.
Seniors, Managers and Director – Top 10 Practice
Initially we met with the Managing Partner and HR Partner to gain insight in the firm and long terms plans and vision around requirements. Taking the initial brief for Insolvency roles, we head hunted and placed 2 experienced, Qualified Seniors within 3 weeks. Having proven our ability to deliver on our word, we have successfully managed 2 further assignments at Manager and Director Level. We have since developed a respectful and trusted partnership with this firm and continue to deliver preferential service to this client, and have relationships with all partners.
