Dan McKeown is a Management graduate with over 6 years experience of successfully recruiting finance professionals across Ireland. Dan joined Marks Sattin Ireland in 2007, establishing the Dublin office and developing long-term client relationships and building a team of specialist finance recruiters.

The Dublin office has grown from two to nine staff in 2 years and now covers all finance and taxation positions across Commerce & Industry, Practice and Financial Services. Dan has an excellent track record of building lasting relationships with key clients in Ireland including Pfizer Manufacturing, Cadbury, Meridian VAT and Mason Hays & Curran.

As the Irish business continues to grow, Dan continues to guarantee the same high levels of service to indigenous and multinational clients alike.

Matthew Fitzpatrick joined Marks Sattin in November 2003 having gained 3 years Financial Services experience with IFS, Zurich Financial Services and AXA. Matthew initially joined Marks Sattin in Melbourne, specialising in the placement of a mixture of Front and Back Office candidates from both a retail and institutional perspective. Matthew returned to Dublin in October 2008 to assist in the development of the newly created Dublin Office (October 2007) and currently manages the Financial Services team in Dublin.

Matthew is a highly respected consultant and manager with ten years experience across both Recruitment and Financial Services. He has gained excellent product knowledge across financial services as a whole covering, Funds Services, Funds Management, Banking and Insurance from both an operational and accounting perspective.

Matthew works with some of the leading international brands as well as some smaller to mid tier boutiques within the Financial Services Industry and works to an extremely high consultative level across each and every client.

Clinton Donkin joined Marks Sattin in 2004 working with Tax and Public Practice clients in Sydney before re-locating to the Dublin to establish the Professional Services team in December 2007. As a specialist in Accounting Practice and Taxation in Industry, Clinton consults to Big 4, top 10 (mid-tier) and boutique across Ireland covering all service lines and disciplines. Within Taxation, Clinton places Heads of Tax with multinationals and Irish companies across all Tax heads including VAT.

Clinton works closely with the likes of PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton, RSM Farrell Grant Sparks, Mazars, Baker Tilly Ryan Glennon, Moore Stephens Nathans, Smith & Williamson Freaney, Horwarth Bastow Charleton, Kavanagh Fennell, GE Money, Kerry Group, Western Union, Pfizer, GSK, Ingersoll Rand, CIT, Meridian Global Services, HSBC, Standard Life, Aegon and the Bank of America.
