Transfer Agecny Officer

With a strong foothold in the domestic market and a very strong pipeline of business our client is seeking to add a strong and enthusiastic Transfer Agent/Shareholder Services Senior to add to their strong TA functions here in Dublin, one that is growing on a quarterly basis due in most to their excellent service level agreements in place with respected clients. This role is a permanent position based in the Wexford offices.

The major responsibilities of the role include:

• Trade Input & reconciliation on TA system covering predominantly Exchange Traded Funds.
• Conduct all reviews and act as point of contact for all on-going client queries and projects
• Prepare wire instructions for money movement for fund subscriptions and redemptions
• Ensuring that operational checklists are followed
• Prepare money movement notification to client and fund accounting team
• Liaising with the Compliance Officer / MLRO to ensure all AML/KYC is complete
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting to clients
• Receive and process subscription documents for new investors and maintain investors files
• Responsible for the preparation and of all shareholder reporting and assist with coordination of distribution to shareholders

The successful candidate will have gained at least 18 Months experience within TA and or Shareholder Services environment or an equivalent and will ideally have had exposure to either Mutual or Hedge environment and will have a keen interest in developing their career further with an extremely progressive company..
