Supervisor Hedge Fund

Requirements

• NAV Review including pricing
• Financial Statement Review and audit involvement
• First review of payments
• To ensure deadlines are met, by effective planning and scheduling
• Point of contact for 1 or more clients
• Responsibility of a fund accounting team including investment manager, broker and audit overall relationships
• Liaising with clients where issues arise and participation on monthly / quarterly client calls
• Assistance and involvement in the take-on & set-up of any new clients or funds
• In the interests of team flexibility, to have regard to developing the skills and experience of members of the team in order to ensure they are able to address a wide range of tasks
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment and actively manage staff members to ensure minimum turnover
• Supervising and training of staff along with feedback on their development needs

Essentials

• Accountancy part qual/ qual or Business Degree
• 4 years minimum Fund Accounting experience including 1 year of staff management
• UCITS Experience
• Supervisor experience
