Recruitment Consultant(Senior)

We seek to deliver value add to the client recruitment process that doesn't simply focus on the CV and also seek to add considerable value to the candidates career in terms of our consultation process.

Due to our continued growth within the industry we are seeking to retain the services of an experienced Recruitment Consultant to further develop our Financial Services division inIreland. There will be two key elements to this role:

1. Existing clients - We have considerable number of key accounts that require a strong individual to continually deliver on our high end service levels.
3. New Clients - Proactively work with key target clients in the market to ensure that Marks Sattin is offering a solution and consultancy based services to new clients.

This particular position will suit a highly ambitious Recruitment Consultant, one who is keen to really add value to both the client and candidate process. We are seeking a consultant with at least 18 months + experience in the market, be that from a Recruitment perspective and or Business to Business sales.
