We are actively seeking a Purchase Ledger Supervisor for a highly reputable company in Warrington.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.
The main duties include:
- To oversee the activities of the Accounts Payable team
- Full Management of the Purchase Ledger
- Cash Book reconciliation - Sales & Purchase
- Supplier Payments including Direct Debits
- Review of Supplier statements
- Processing of Company & Personal Expenses
- Resolving ledger issues
- Maintaining good relationships with Suppliers
- Adapting to change - Systems & Processes
- Month end Procedures
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Credit Control support
Our client is looking for a candidate who has:
- Purchase Ledger Supervisory experience or is a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk, looking for a supervisory role
- Good Excel skills
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
