Leading Multinational Company - Immediate Interview and Start

Role:

Reporting to the Financial Controller the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring Fixed Assets, Reconciliations and Month End close process as well as supporting management on budgets and projects

Responsibilities:

Support the Departmental and Site accrual gathering via monthly meetings with site managers
Monthly internal and external reporting with variance analysis with budget.
Monthly department headcount tracking and analysis
Prepare an in-depth quarterly accruals review including POs
Reconciliation of quarterly project tracking for recharges (Actual V Budget)
Recharging project & department costs in Oracle
Monthly reconciliation's for legal entities
Preparation for Balance Sheet review and representative
Maintenance of fixed asset register
Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations.
Reconciliation of Creditors ledger on a monthly basis using Oracle & resolving balances
Managing overdue payments
Organising the approval of invoices and arranging payment.
Ad-Hoc projects

Requirements:

Part Qualified Accountant / Finalist
A minimum of 2 Years Accounting experience in Industry
Budgeting and Forecasting Experience
Oracle or SAP experience
