Oder to Cash Manager - Temporary

Our client a leading Brand based in North Dublin have an immediate requirement for an Order to Cash / Accounts Receivable Project Manager on a temporary contract.

Initially a three month contract the successful applicant will be responsible for stabilizing a new AR team and working on improving process, reports and performance.

Pay Rate : 28-32 Euro per hour DOE

Responsibilities:

1. Review, propose and implement, with appropriate support, improvements to stabilize and optimize AR Customer Finance processes
2. Review of non-conforming process issues, develop/adapt procedural changes in line with requirements.
3. Work collaboratively cross functionally to identify and implement improvements in behaviours, process and procedures for the benefit of the Ireland business unit.
4. Benchmark metrics versus external / top quartile AR performance measures include invoice accuracy, DSO, aged debt, deductions, overdues etc
5. Establish plans for ongoing optimisation of AR Customer Finance processes.
6. Encourage process understanding and effectiveness within the AR teams providing coaching/training support as required.
7. Ensure SOX and audit compliance
8. Review and establish internal service targets for collections and deductions.
9. Review and implement a structure to ensure business targets and goals are consistently achieved and issues are resolved promptly.
10. Optimisation of working capital.

Requirements:

• 5 + years experience as an Accounts Receivable / O2C Manager
• Project or "Start Up" experience
• Business Process Improvement Experience
