A Luxury Leisure Business with an international presence is looking for a standout and ambitious individual to join its head office in central London within a Group Accountant role.

The Group Accountant will be a key member of the Finance team and responsible for the preparation of the Group's consolidation, Group UK statutory accounts and preparation of year end files for the Group's external auditors. Furthermore the role will enable the applicant to become involved in more commercial areas of the finance function including reporting on cash reserves available to the Group including development and preparation of a short-term cash flow model and occasional assistance with management accounts. The role is to be seen as a stepping stone with room for progression through exciting ad hoc tasks to go above and beyond the day to day requirements of the role.

The ideal candidate is a ACA qualified Chartered Accountant and must be proactive and professional, have an inquisitive mind and a desire to excel in their next role. Experience with IFRS and UK GAAP and Finance System (Navision) and any additional languages are a plus.
