Fund Accounting Analyst

• The roll demands that the individual takes the lead in many diverse projects surrounding the Fund Accounting applications and processes.
• Project Management responsibilities such as Project planning, Project Tracking, User Acceptance Testing and Project Implementation
• Developing and managing project schedules for multiple projects
• Defining resourcing requirements to achieve project deliverables
• Establish and maintain regular communication with business units and external vendors
• Analyse Operational Procedures & Processes to identify areas for automation or improved workflow.
• Provide support for the Fund Accounting platform and all ancillary applications
• Provide support for new business take-on as well as growth within the existing client base

Requirements

• Degree qualified or equivalent
• Significant work experience in funds industry, at least 5 years
• Strong IT Skills
• Proven track record of business analysis experience defining requirements.
• Certified BA and/or PMP is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to work effectively with all levels of management
• Proven track record of successful project deliverables.
