
Financial Planning & Analysis and Non-branded Manager
Reports to: Commercial Controller
Location: Dublin
Purpose
In Cadbury we work together to create brands people love. You will contribute to this by:
1. Supporting decision making in the Business Unit by providing accurate and insightful reports on business activity.
2. Identifying and reviewing value-enhancing opportunities within the Commercial arena in support of growth and efficiency targets
3. Acting as a Business partner to the Ireland Non Branded Team & Licensees, Logistics & Customer Operations (L&CO) providing a high level of financial support and challenge in order to ensure delivery of our Contract commitments in the shorter term and delivery of the VIA by 2011.
Accountabilities:
·Develop sharper analysis and reporting of commercial performance for the non-branded, biscuits & L&CO business to ensure that key financial drivers are clearly understood and communicated to Key stakeholders.
·Provide robust financial support & challenge for growth & efficiency tracks on the VIA (e.g. L&CO track 5+7)
·Provide robust financial support & challenge for the development of the Olympics P&L within the Irish business ensuring all spend is clearly understood and measured.
·Provide financial support for Ireland to deliver on its contract through provision of management information for contract calls, commercial briefings etc.
·Lead the month end process for commercial finance ensuring that all reporting at month-end and year-end are an accurate reflection of branded & non branded businesses.
·Support the systems data process throughout integration on behalf of commercial finance from a customer & brand data perspective ensuring suitable financial support & challenge occurs
·Respond to ad-hoc requests / projects dealing with profitability analysis, year on year understanding / comparatives etc on an ongoing basis.
·Finance representative on cross functional projects (e.g. Olympics)
