Responsibilities:

• Statutory accounts preparation for holding companies according to UK GAAP
• Liaison with the Group companies on reporting instructions, accounting policy and procedure compliance
• Query handling and liaison with external auditors during the sign off process for holding companies
• Coordination of timely delivery of statutory accounts
• Financial analysis and preparation of BS and PL accounts for holding companies.
• Analysing the sales and performance
• Tax reconciliation/submission and liaison with Tax Department
• Collection, analysis and consolidation of Group companies' Financial reports at the quarter end under tight time pressure

Skills:

• Qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
• Strong excel skills
