A rapidly expanding multi-site hospitality business is now recruiting for a new Finance Director to join the company. Leading the finance function of this European wide business, you will work closely with the Managing Director to drive profits in 2015.

Based in central London, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the finance, treasury and banking functions operate at optimum level. This will include leadership of a finance team and managing banking relationships. In addition, you will actively advise the Managing Director on the potential profitability of new sites in line with the company's expansion plans. As the business grows, you will ensure smooth change management processes are conducted such as implementing new finance systems and controls. Restructuring and development of the finance team will be a critical aspect of the role too.

This is a great opportunity for a Head of Finance or Financial Controller seeking a step-up on the career ladder. The ideal candidate will have previously worked in Food & Beverage / Hospitality.
