An excellent opportunity has arisen for a finance business partner to join a well known high street retailer on a 9 month contract. This finance business partner role has arisen due to a period of sustained growth and is a key hire within finance. As finance business partner you will be working closely with the buying and merchandising teams in order to improve product planning, promotional activity, investment appraisals and other ad hoc analysis. You will be working on the 5 year planning process and will be involved in the budgeting and forecasting process. This finance business partner role will require someone who is a fully qualified accountant with recent experience of working in a fast paced retail or FMCG environment. The role is based in Central London and the company has recently moved to brand new modern offices. My client is looking for someone who is a strong communicator and has the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
