Our client is a private equity backed healthcare business. The business has plans for significant growth in place and is now looking to recruit a new Finance Director immediately to join the board and partner the senior finance team.

You will be an experienced Finance Director with a track record of success in adding value and nurturing growth in a business. Your expertise will include:

• Roll out of new operational sites and services
• Management of banking relationships, facilities and refinancing
• Setting up offshore structures
• Financial reporting and planning
• Creating a first class finance function from scratch
• Cash flow management & revenue recognition

As a Qualified Accountant you'll have broad experience gained in a similar environment or in a larger group. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FD or someone looking to make their step into a FD role. You will be proactive, down to earth, pragmatic and able to provide clear, decisive and dynamic leadership. Ability to operate at both a detailed and strategic level, you'll not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your 'hands dirty' with the core accountancy practices.
