After a recent acquisition a market leading Insurance & Retail brand are looking for a talented Commercial Analyst to join the team. Significant growth has provided an ideal opportunity to become an integral part of the future strategy and development plans. The role provides a highly commercial focus with key interactions being made in accordance with expansion and change projects. You will be given the responsibility to shape the role and make a direct impact in parterning with various departments across the company.

Reporitng to the FP&A Manager your responsibilities will include:

- The development of business plan models and support partners & operations colleagues to develop effective plans for commercial initiatives

- Communicate with the commercial insight team to analyse sales performance and trends and deliver key business partnering aspects

- Assist the operations team in producing annual budgets & forecasts

- Build effective relationships across the business and provide recommendations to improve existing processes across the businesses

To be succesful with this role you will be a newly qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA equivalent) with previous exposure within a commercial setting. The individual will be comfortable in understanding the bigger picture and commuinicating effectively with Senior figures to ensure accurate financial planning. Personally you will be motivated to learn and progress with a high level of attention to detail.
