Start your job searchInternational retail brand requires an CFO with extensive global business experience to be a pivotal member of the Board. This multi-site retail group has enjoyed significant growth across EMEA, North America and Asia. In order to drive profitability, the CFO will take complete control of the group finance function, implementing changes and streamlining processes.
Reporting to the CEO and investors, you will be responsible for the presentation of group financial results, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Indeed, you will be expected to review and improve all reporting (especially for the Board) providing business communications that are consumer orientated.
In this multi-faceted role, a critical element of the CFO position will be to create strategic plans in alignment with corporate objectives. Generating commercial analysis of business opportunities to assist the CEO with decision support will be a fundamental element of the role.
Finally, aligning the finance function to mirror the expansion of international operations will be a key duty.
Based in London, this is a formidable opportunity for an experienced CFO who has a wealth of retail experience and can demonstrate the gravitas to operate at Board level. The CFO must be a qualified accountant who has strong leadership skills and a proven track record.
