Our client established its Public Interest Entities (PI) department in 2007. The PI department specialises in providing auditing and assurance services to publicly listed companies, international organisations and large private companies. Since its inception it has grown considerably and amongst others has won the audit of two NASDAQ listed clients.

Responsibilities
• Planning and schedule audits
• Liaising onsite with clients to obtain relevant information in order to resolve any queries
• Investigating all audit issues to arrive at a solution or proposal
• Preparing reports detailing issues found and recommending corrective and preventative Actions to resolve them
Requirements
• Qualified accountant with at least two years post qualified experience in the audit or professional standards department of a large accountancy firm
• Excellent academic record
• Strong technical competence
