Audit Director
Marks Sattin Dublin has been instructed by our client, a leading Irish accounting firm and member firm of one of the world’s largest international accountancy groups to engage Audit professionals for their Director Appointment.
In line with their aggressive and successful growth strategies our client is seeking to appoint an Audit Director to lead their Financial Service Audit business. The FS practice has shown consistent growth and is looking to further enhance capacity.
The main purpose of this role is to lead the existing FS management team for audit, act as technical point of excellence for FS clients and build a business development role for attracting new clients to the firm through relationships with key intermediaries and clients.
The current portfolio is heavily funds focused (with some managers, SPVs etc) and the firm are keen to broaden this out to include other opportunities. The FS audit team is a key part of the wider FS practice and there is opportunity to get involved in other assignments.
The role will suit an ambitious and motivated person who is willing and interested in getting involved in all aspects of the role. They should also be interested in exploring new business ideas and presenting them to the partner group.
Candidates at Director Level are of most interest as fast track to partnership is on offer to the successful candidate.
