Fast growing luxury FMCG/ Retail company based in Central London is currently recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their fast paced team.

You will be responsible for processing prepayment entries, assisting with accrual entries, assisting with maintenance of the fixed asset register, calculation and posting of currency exchange differences, posting of intercompany journals, reconciliation of key profit and loss accounts & balance sheet accounts and lots more. This role is a newly created role and will evolve over time. Additional responsibilities will be discussed with the job holder as opportunities arise and will be included in this position.

Ideally this candidate should have excellent communication skills for interaction with personnel at all levels, have a strong team mentality with the ability to work towards deadlines and self-prioritize. Advanced knowledge of Excel is essential. The role would suit someone who has a 2:1 degree or above and is studying an accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
