Accounting Technician (IATI)

My Client - a leading Multinational based in Dublin have an immediate requirements for a accounts assistant on a 4 month fixed term temporary contact.

Salary : 30K

Summary:

The Accounting Technician will have responsibility for bank reconciliations , general ledger and provide support to client services.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile property bank movements with the Nominal Ledger and the day book transactions as shown on Accounting system.
• Reconciliation of additional sundry accounts linked to bank.
• Reconcile creditor accounts with supplier statements
• Review on nominal ledger balances v Trial Balances
• Prepare accounts to Trial balance level.

Requirements:

• 3 + year experience as an accounts assistant
• Experience with recording transactions and reconciling bank accounts
• IATI Qualification with PQE experience
