We were briefed by one of the biggest names in consultancy who wanted to build their market share within the Lean Six Sigma Operational Excellence space. Marks Sattin Ireland had previously worked with this client in other areas of the business but this was a new challenge for the Division.
Through a mix of strong networking and an excellent referral system we managed to produce a strong shortlist of candidates within two weeks which were then interviewed resulting in placements in quick succession. We subsequently have developed a strong candidate base in this area and now offer this as a specialist focus within the team for both candidates and clients alike.

The Marks Sattin Ireland Consultancy Division is in a unique position to utilise not only their expertise in the consulting market but also operate within industry and in particular across the Finance and Accountancy specialism.
As a result we were able to work successfully with a small niche consultancy that was looking for a Senior Consultant with expertise as a qualified Accountant, a System Implementer and a Project Manager. They were also looking for candidates that had the ability to work successfully with everyone from technical IT professionals, Finance staff and project teams alike.
